Consumer rights
Egypt’s Consumer Protection Agency explains a general 14-day return or exchange right, subject to statutory exceptions, and a 30-day right for defective goods. Applicable legal conditions govern each case.
How to request help
Contact us with the order reference, product code, delivery date and photos where relevant. Keep packaging and proof of purchase where available.
Cut or prepared materials
Ask about the conditions for made-to-measure materials before cutting or custom preparation. Exceptions must be assessed under applicable law and do not automatically remove rights relating to a defect.
Damage on delivery
Check quantity, codes and visible condition on arrival. Photograph apparent damage and contact the team promptly. Reporting visible damage does not replace rights relating to hidden defects.
